Changing or cancelling your booking

If your plans change and you can no longer attend NHS ConfedExpo, you have two options.


Option 1: Transfer your pass to a colleague

You can transfer your booking to a colleague up to two weeks before the event. Simply email confedexpo@nhsconfed.org with the full details of the person who will be attending instead. Changes after this deadline can be made during the conference itself.


Option 2: Cancel your booking

To cancel, email confedexpo@nhsconfed.org. Please note our cancellation policy:

  • Less than 4 weeks' notice: You'll be charged the full booking fee
  • 4 weeks or more notice: Standard cancellation terms apply

All cancellations must be made by email - we cannot process cancellations over the phone. For full details, see our booking terms and conditions.
