Visa support letters

Who can receive a visa support letter?

Visa support letters are only issued to speakers and exhibitors who have been formally invited by NHS ConfedExpo or who have paid their exhibition registration fee in full.

What we need from you

Once we've confirmed receipt of your payment, we'll need:

  • Full name
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Passport expiry date
  • Date of birth

What the letter includes

The visa support letter confirms:

  • Event title, date, and location
  • Whether you're attending as a speaker or exhibitor

The letter does not imply any financial guarantee or funding for your UK stay.

Important: Apply early

If you need a visa to attend, begin your application immediately. Visa processes have become more complex and time-consuming following Covid-19. You must submit your own application and follow up with the relevant authority. NHS ConfedExpo cannot follow up on your behalf or correspond directly with consulates.

NHS ConfedExpo reserves the right not to issue a visa support letter even if the above conditions are met. Exhibition fees will not be refunded if a visa is not obtained.
